Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using plainstack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of plainstack.

Use of the service

You agree to use plainstack only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
• Use the service to transmit spam or malicious content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@plainstack.org if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data

You own your data. We do not claim any rights to the content you create or store in plainstack. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was in error.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.

Limitation of liability

plainstack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
