Data storage

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Backups are retained for 30 days.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate plainstack, including payment processing (Stripe) and transactional email. These services receive only the data necessary to provide their function and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@plainstack.org.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
